Local Pubs and Taverns

The Fountain Inn. St Austell Brewery

The Fountain Inn in St Austell is a 15th century Inn and believed to be the oldest public house in the village. They serve traditional, locally sourced food. I can highly recommend the mixed grill if you're very hungry or the fountain fish stew for a taste of the sea!

Roovrays. French cuisine.

We love Roovrays. Its seasonal menu is amazing utilising local ingredianets expertly put together by Thierry and hosted front of house by Alicia, the owners. Booking is essential and its well worth looking out for early bird specials. I recommend the Beef Wellington, if available, but fish of the day is walys delightful!
